About us

My name is Rea a mid-thirties old woman who lives in a small town called Vilppula in Finland. Vilppula is located in central Finland between Tampere and Jyväskylä. 

Dogs have been part of my life since I was small. In my childhood we had some rottweilers and mixbred spitz. First bullmastiffs I met early nineties and I´ve been interested of this breed since. 

I am a member of Finnish and Estonian kennel clubs and Finnish Bullmastiff & Mastiff Association. I have signed Finnish breeders guarantee. 

I got my first bitch "Tara" Bullcastle´s Goldenuelsibora in April 2008. Since then I have known this is the breed for me.

Nowadays I own several bullmastiffs. My two brindle girls Tara and Stella live with me. My other dogs live co-owned in families as a loved familymembers. 

My ideal bullmastiff has an excellent head with strong muzzle and correct pigmentation. For my opinion bullmastiffs are quite short bodied with enough angulations and medium plus boned. Pure colours and elegance in the dog are also important to me. My ideal dogs are middle-sized with good nerves and outgoing temperament.  

In my breeding program for me is important to have bullmastiffs who are healthy, long-lived, have good temperament and appearance. I do healthchecks for every dog before using them in breeding for their elbows, hips and hearts. I also think it´s important to show them in Finland and some other countries to see how they compete with others.
